The owen d. campbell 2006
supplemental needs trust
This trust has been established to receive
donations intended to support Owen's
special needs.  "Special Needs" are defined
as those items not covered by public
benefit programs, such as Medicaid.  These
special needs may include, but are not
limited to, respite care, camp, travel,
education, personal comfort amenities,
equipment and vacations.

By establishing this trust to receive
donations, Owen's Medicaid benefits are
preserved and protected.  Direct donations
to Owen would be counted as income to
our family and would disqualify Owen
from the Medicaid program, which is
currently paying for his healthy care costs.

Questions regarding this type of Trust and
why it is important can be directed to our
attorney, Paula McCann, Esq., at Kenlan,
Schwiebert & Facey in Rutland, VT.
